Our project managers co-ordinate all implementations and training programs throughout projects, including:

  • Resource management
  • Quality assurance
  • Risk and issue monitoring and resolution

They work closely with application consultants, developers and training and support personnel to ensure continuity to any project.

In simple terms, we adopt a cyclical approach of Plan – Implement – Review at all stages of a project and this, alongside thorough monitoring of project progress against a carefully constructed schedule, ensures we always achieve timely delivery.
