To maximise the value of your investment Safe implements a rigorous training programme with your staff. Once the solution has been installed we assess your training needs based on our customers business objectives, the functionality of the solution and resource competency.

Training can either be provided on a ‘one-to-one’ basis or in groups and is usually undertaken at Safe using your data, which is to ensure a more familiar training environment. Our dedicated training suite enables all attendees to gain hands on experience in a formal environment, away from any unnecessary interruptions.

Our objectives for you are to provide:

  • a fully trained team of users ready for go-live
  • thorough knowledge of the system and its capabilities
  • maximised use of our functionality
  • on going education to ensure you gain the most benefit from the software

Research into our customer base indicates that on average they use only 60-70% of the features available. This is often due to the changing requirements of the business and indeed staff turnover whereby original users of the software leave and take specific system knowledge with them.

In response to this we have developed a series of group training sessions for existing users to help you make the most of the rich functionality in the solution, maximise the investment and of course the benefits to your business. Please see the training schedule for more information.

In addition to the group sessions we also offer a consultative approach. In such instances a Safe Consultant will visit you and your team, understand and review your business processes offering advice and recommendations based on their many years experience in addition to providing training in specific areas of the solution.

Our objective is to help your users to become experts of your Safe solution, so that you have greater control over the running of your business system and gain the maximum value.
